Useful things to include
A few details help us get to the bottom of it faster:
- A result that looked wrong — which generator, what you set, and what came out.
- A broken page — the address, your browser and device, and what you saw instead.
- A generator you want — what it should draw from, and what you would use it for.
- A translation fix — the language and the phrase that reads wrong.
We read everything, though a reply usually takes a few days.
Send a message
This form does not send anything by itself — there is no server here to receive it. It opens your own email app with the message ready, and you send it from there.
Before you write
We cannot look anything up for you: there are no accounts, no saved results and no logs of what anybody drew, so there is nothing on our side to recover a lost list from. Whatever you typed is in the browser you typed it into.
A draw that felt unlikely is usually just unlikely — with enough spins, streaks are expected rather than suspicious. Our privacy policysets out exactly what is and is not stored.
