1. Agreement
By using randomtoolkit.com or the Random Toolkit app you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use them.
2. What you may do
Use any generator on this site, as often as you like, for any lawful purpose — personal, educational or commercial. You do not need our permission, an account, or a licence, and there is nothing to pay.
Results belong to you. Publish them, screenshot them, put them in a video, build a lesson around them. No attribution is required, though a link is always welcome.
3. What you may not do
- Copy the site's code, text, artwork or design and present it as your own service.
- Attempt to interfere with the site, its hosting or other people's use of it.
- Use it to do something illegal where you are.
4. No warranty, and what that means here
The generators are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. We believe the randomness is sound — it comes from your browser's cryptographic random number generator and is sampled without bias — but we do not warrant that any result is fit for a particular purpose, and we do not guarantee that the site will be available or error-free.
No gambling. Nothing on this site takes payment, holds a balance, accepts a stake or awards anything. A generated result has no value, cannot be exchanged for anything and is not a prediction: a set of numbers drawn here is worth exactly what any other set of numbers is worth. Do not present these tools as a betting, lottery or wagering service, and do not use them where gambling is regulated or prohibited.
Regulated draws. Prize draws, lotteries, sweepstakes, clinical trial allocation and similar activities are often required by law to use a documented, auditable or certified randomisation process. These generators are not certified for any of that: they keep no record, produce no audit trail, and cannot be verified after the fact. Use a process that meets your obligations instead.
5. The password generator
Passwords are generated on your device by your browser's cryptographic random number generator, and we never see them. What happens to a password after it appears on your screen is outside our control and your responsibility: keep it in a password manager, do not paste it somewhere it can be read, and do not leave it on the screen.
We provide no guarantee that a generated password meets any particular service's rules or any particular security standard.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or the app — including any decision made on the basis of a result, any prize awarded or not awarded, and any consequence of a generated password.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Our rights
The name Random Toolkit, the design of the site and the app, the text on these pages and the code behind the generators are ours and are protected by copyright. Section 2 grants you the use of the tools, not a licence to the material they are built from.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, move or withdraw any generator, and we may change these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms.
9. Privacy
Our handling of data is set out in the kebijakan privasi, which forms part of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. This does not remove any consumer protection you have under the law of the country you live in.
