Every question here can be answered by anybody in the room without knowing anything in particular. That is the whole test: a starter that needs expertise is a quiz, and a quiz has losers.
None of them asks about work, money or anything somebody might not want to answer in front of colleagues.
Handing somebody a choice of two questions gets a better answer than handing them one, because the one they pick is already the one they have something to say about.
