Every draw is equally likely, so a quiz round is not quietly weighted towards the countries everybody already knows. Narrowing to one part of the world narrows the pool first, and keeps every remaining country as likely as the rest.
Flags are drawn by your own device from the standard flag characters, so how they look depends on the phone or computer reading them.
Draw one and ask for the capital, or turn the capital off and use it as the question. Full screen puts the flag on the projector at the size the back row needs.
The list ships with the page, so it works with no connection at all.
