One letter, a handful, or the whole alphabet in a scrambled order. For word games, spelling practice, name-that-thing rounds and anything that needs a letter to start from.

This draws from a flat alphabet: Q and Z come up as often as E and S. That is what a game round wants, and it is emphatically not how letters are distributed in real writing.
For a game that feels fairer to play, narrow the pool to consonants, or type your own set into My own and leave the hard letters out.
Ask for more than one letter and turn on Never draw the same letter twice to deal a hand rather than a series of independent draws — twenty-six of them gives you the alphabet in a random order.
Leave it off and each letter ignores the ones before it, so repeats are possible and mean nothing.
