    The five-throw version: scissors cut paper, paper covers rock, rock crushes lizard, lizard poisons Spock, and so on round.
    Both throws are drawn the moment you press. This is the count-in, the bit that makes it a game rather than a result — set it to 0 to skip it.

    It cannot see your throw

    The machine draws before you press, from the same cryptographic source the wheel and the dice use. There is no strategy to read and no pattern to learn, which is the only way a game this small stays fair.

    Over a long enough evening you will win a third, lose a third and draw a third. Anything else is the run being short.

    Lizard and Spock

    The five-throw version fixes the thing everybody complains about: with three throws, two players who think alike draw a third of the time. Five throws cuts that to a fifth.

    Everything is worked out in your browser and the score is kept there too, so closing the tab is how you clear it.
