A bun, a patty, a cheese, a sauce and one extra. Assembled rather than picked from a menu, so it comes out as something nobody would have chosen.

Each part is drawn separately, which is why the results are stranger than a list of real burgers would be. A menu is a list somebody already filtered; this is the shelf it was filtered from.
The cheese and the extra can be switched off, because a burger with five parts is a burger and a burger with three is dinner.
That is the point. Press again for a different one, and take the third draw seriously — the first two are for laughing at.
