An answer you have thought about is not an answer you have given. The gap between the two is the whole difficulty of an interview, and reading the question silently does nothing to close it.
Time yourself at two minutes. Almost every answer that goes badly goes badly by running long, not by being wrong.
Interviewers fall into asking the same four questions. Drawing one is a cheap way to find out what a candidate sounds like when they have not rehearsed.
