A character built only from virtues is not a character. The list mixes them deliberately, and drawing three at once is how you get somebody who contradicts themselves — which is how people are.
Each trait is one word or two, because a trait that needs a sentence is already a backstory.
Nothing here measures anybody. It is a word list for making people up, not for describing the one reading it.
