The order and the clock in one go. Everybody can see when they are on, which is the question they were going to ask anyway.

A bare list of names makes everybody count on their fingers. Putting the minutes beside each name answers the only question anyone has, which is how long they have got to sit still.
The clock starts at zero rather than at a wall-clock time, because the session will start late and every absolute time on the sheet would then be wrong.
It is the slot nobody wants and the one that goes best: the room is awake and nothing has overrun yet. Drawing it is fairer than asking for a volunteer, because the volunteer is always the same person.
