It sets the hours they keep, who they talk to all day and what they notice first walking into a room — which is more than most character sheets get from a page of adjectives.
Draw two and give them to the same person: the mismatch is usually where the story is.
Draw one each and have everybody explain what their day looks like, or act it out for the rest to guess.
