Three answers instead of two, because most questions worth asking a machine do not deserve a straight answer. Set how heavily each one is weighted and the draw follows.

Three, one and one means yes comes up three times in five — the numbers are read against each other, not against a hundred, so you can use 3/1/1 or 30/10/10 and get exactly the same wheel.
Set one of them to zero and that answer never comes up, which is how you get back to a plain yes or no.
A tool that only answers yes or no forces every question into a shape it may not have. Maybe is permission to go and find out rather than to act on a coin.
